Run locally with Ollama

Install Node.js 22 or later and Ollama. Open Ollama.
Download the local app and unzip it.
Run ollama pull gemma4:e2b once (roughly 7.2 GB).
In the downloaded folder, run npm start and open localhost:5200. Select Local.

The local app uses the smaller Gemma 4 E2B model. Once downloaded, it works offline with no API key. Keep Ollama and the app running.
